• Justin Lamar Hasty, 22, 1071 Franklin Hill Road, Rocky Face, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary, harassing phone calls and criminal trespass.
• Crystal Sky Ragan, 27, 526 N.W. 21st Ave., Portland, Ore., was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, driving while license suspended, operating motor vehicle while license suspended and no insurance.
• Sharon Denise Wyatt, 33, 2538 Dug Gap Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with deposit account fraud/bad checks (two counts) and destruction or transfer of property security interest.
• Frank Milford Lesley Jr., 43, 1853 Riverbend Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with simple battery, cruelty to children, obstructing an emergency call and obstructing an officer.
• Maria de la Luz Palmerin Vega, 29, 188 Hanover Circle S.E., Calhoun, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and tag light required.
• Ronnie Gene Saylor, 50, 1039 Old Federal Road S., Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s with sale of methamphetamine.
