• Andrew Joseph Meyer, 18, 4421 Arbor Trail, Cohutta, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of alcohol by a minor and DUI.
• Tara Michele Phelps, 37, 1221 Percheron Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, following too closely and hit and run.
• Claude Bryan West, 36, 5096 Highway 225 S., Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and unlawful possession of a firearm.
