• Jeff Grant, 56, 59 Holly Creek Cool Springs Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Chatsworth Police Department with speeding, DUI, and two counts of DUI child endangerment.
• Julia Annette Macon, 52, 803 Brentwood Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to stop upon striking a fixed object.
• Timothy Scott Pendley, 47, 414 Center Hill Church Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Timothy James Witherow, 33, 912 Prince Beam Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a schedule IV drug, drugs out of original container, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
