• Kristina Elaine Lawrence, 21, 5715 Red Clay Road, Cohutta, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a dangerous drug and drugs in wrong container.
• Angela Muniga-Hidalgo, 36, 163 Bellwood Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with first degree forgery.
• Antonio Shawn Saunders, 32, 200 Autumn Court, No. 7, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with attempt to obtain drugs by fraud or forgery.
• Ricky Edward Silvers, 45, 1265 Chappel Way, Apt. C, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with failure to register as a sex offender.
• John Ruiz, 18, 607 N. Selvidge St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI.
• Evelio Vergara Sanchez, 33, 3946 Green Oak Drive, Atlanta, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with open container violation, DUI, license required and failure to maintain lane.
• James Adam Steele, 21, 319 Sherwood St., Sequatchie, Tenn., was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• John David Thompson, 41, 2323 Third St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI.
