All Dalton High School football players, coaches and administrators for seasons 1960 through 2009 are invited to be recognized together at Harmon Field Friday night during half-time of the Catamounts game against Hiram. The recognition is part of “One Golden DHS Team” celebrating DHS’ 50th year of a winning tradition.
Participants are invited to wear their letterman jacket.
Before the game (kickoff is 7:30 p.m.), senior football players, cheerleaders and band members will be recognized.

DSC professor charged with more child sex abuse counts
A tenured Dalton State College professor who was charged with one count of child molestation last week had additional child sex charges related to other victims added on Wednesday, according to the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office.
