• Johnny Lee Jeffery Mills, 36, 4881 Cleveland Highway, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with being a fugitive from justice (probation violation in Utah).
• Justin Aaron Davenport, 17, 410 Vann Circle, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Randell Lee Harris, 47, 4006 S. Dixie Highway, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of tools for the commission of a crime, trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of meth.
• Michael Seth Taylor, 23, no address given, was charged Wednesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with drugs in wrong container, open container in vehicle, DUI, tag light required and vehicle registration violation.
• Hershel Edmond Ridley Jr., 49, 3698 Chatsworth Highway, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.
