• Francisco Villanueva-Bautista, 31, 217 Fields Ave., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, driving without a license, speeding, a taillight violation and driving too fast for conditions.
• John E. Dickson, 40, 140 Conasauga Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, simple battery (family violence) and pedestrian under the influence.
• Garrett Alden Rogers, 24, 748 Evergreen Road, Resaca, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with open container of alcohol, DUI and a seat belt violation.
