• Paulette Hazel Wilbanks, 53, 85 Leonard Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with the additional charges of sale of hydrocodone, sale of propoxyphene and sale of alprazolam (two counts) from her Sept. 23 arrest for sale of marijuana and probation violation.
• Shonna Marie Hammett, 36, 1008 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with simple battery, aggravated assault and giving false name.
• Gary Lee Silcox, 35, 1060 Keith Mill Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with battery and third degree cruelty to children.
