Request from WCBOC to rezone parcels 13-013-02-000, 13-013-03-000, 13-013-11-000, 13-013-14-000, 13-013-16-000, 13-013-25-000, 13-013-28-000 containing (+/-) 43.88 acres from Rural Residential (R-3) and General Commercial (C-2) to Heavy manufacturing (M-2). The property is generally located on the West R-O-W of Callahan Cavender Road, and East R-O-W of the South Dalton bypass, North R-O-W of Callahan Cavender Road, and East R-O-W of Cavender Road.
