State leaders to hold open office day in Catoosa County
Sen. Jeff Mullis, R-Chickamauga; Sen. Don Thomas, R-Dalton; Rep. Tom Dickson, R-Cohutta; Rep. Jay Neal, R-LaFayette; Rep. Tom Weldon, R-Ringgold and representatives of U.S. Sens. Johnny Isakson, R-GA and Saxby Chambliss, R-GA and congressman Nathan Deal, R-Ga., will host an open office day in Catoosa County on Thursday, July 30.
Residents will have the opportunity to meet with state and federal representatives individually about any personal issues they may have concerning state or federal government. No appointment is required.
“As elected officials, it is important for us to get out and hear the concerns of our constituents,” said Mullis. “These open office days will give northwest Georgia residents the ability to speak directly with their state delegation in a productive way.”
The open office day will be from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Colonnade at Benton Place in Ringgold.
