• Charles Winfred Jones Jr., 29, 444 Row 3, Cartersville, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of cocaine, false information and first degree forgery.
• Angela Renee Norman, 40, 2853 Keith Road, Ringgold, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, too fast for conditions and failure to stop for stop sign.
• Jose Robles, 28, 1915 Cordelle Road, Douglasville, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with armed robbery.
• Juan Pablo Serrano, 30, 409 Beach Court, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
• Antonio Tirado, 49, 221 Patricia Ave., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft by taking (motor vehicle).
• Evelio Paez Yanez, 30, 304 N. Spencer St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with driving without a license, tail lights required, child seat belt violation, false information or false name and bench warrant (first degree forgery, identity fraud); on hold for Immigrations and Custom Enforcement (ICE).
• Nathaniel Alan Pearson, 35, 1626 Lagenia Court, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with being a fugitive from justice.
• Jody Lee Raby, 26, 357 Carbondale Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with improper plate, expired tag, no insurance, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, obstruction of an officer and driving while license withdrawn.
• Miguel Angel Soto-Rodriguez, 29, 611 Wilkins St., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Two homicides in Dawnville early Thursday morning were a “crime of passion” and the suspect who is still on the loose is “dangerous,” Whitfield County Sheriff Scott Chitwood said at a press conference Friday afternoon.
