Area arrests for June 7

• Howard Allen Halliday Jr., 35, 151 Dogwood Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of methamphetamine.

• Valentino Duane Macon, 25, 601 Cockburn St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of crack cocaine, manufacturing crack cocaine and obstruction of an officer.

• Anthony Ray Mann, 19, 1418 Wendell St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with probation violation and burglary.

• Nicole Jean Millican, 29, 1306 Underwood Lodge, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of crack cocaine, possession of tools for the commission of crime and manufacture of crack cocaine.

• Tammy Sue Paterson, 51, 290 LaFayette Highway, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of hydrocodone and possession of tools for the commission of crime.

• Matthew Aaron Rogers, 22, 426 Burger Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary.

• Hannah Rebecca Smith, 29, 570 Deer Trail, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of methamphetamine and possession of tools for the commission of crime.

• Samuel Jason Haney, 22, 1444 Dustin Drive, Dalton was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

• James Nicholas Harris, 19, 2835 Riverbend Road, Dalton was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

• Traci Michelle Stafford, 39, 1312 Ridge Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with failure to drive within a single lane, DUI and DUI-child endangerment under 14.

• Telisha Rene Montoya, 20, 458 S. Second Ave., Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with obstruction of an officer and giving false information or false name.

• Heriberto Junior Acevedo, 20, 621 Fifth Ave., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and driving without a license.

• Brannon Craig Capel, 19, 1919 Hathaway Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State patrol with consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of tools for the commission of crime, DUI, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and driving without headlights when required.

• Robert Lee Deem, 45, 423 Crawford Terrace, Tunnel Hill, was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of crime, loud radio/tape player audible at 100 feet, failure to drive within a single lane and expired registration revalidation decal.

• Rebekah Jill Manis, 27, 1219 Frazier St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and driving too fast for conditions.

• Timothy Dale Goodrich, 41, 1148 Highway 225 N., Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with open container in vehicle, DUI and driving without headlights when required.

• Jimmy Ray Keith, 64, 221 Greeson Bend Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with DUI and following too closely.
