• Jennie Denise Chastain, 25, 100 Rock Hill Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Friday the Dalton Police Department with DUI and lighted headlights required.
• Phillip LaBron Cook, 23, 297 Lee Gateway, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with burglary and child support.
• Ricky Lynn Ellison, 39, 3441 Misty Meadows Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Cohutta Police Department with transactions in drug-related objects prohibited, no insurance, driving while license withdrawn and suspended registration.
• Brooks Andrew Ford, 35, 400 Beaverdale Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated stalking.
• Jonathan Andrew Goins, 32, 458 Freedom Way, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with first degree forgery and theft by taking.
• Larry Odell Krahn, 26, 438 LaFayette Highway, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and carrying a concealed weapon.
• Lisa Denise McDonald, 43, 3033 Alpharetta Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Varnell Police Department with possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and driving while license withdrawn.
• Brandon Don Morrison, 21, 323 Ridgeview Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to drive within single lane and speeding.
• James Donald Webb, 29, 406 Florence Ave., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with public drunkeness and felony obstruction.
• Phillip Mikeal Atterton, 20, 1185 Mountain Creek Road, Chattanooga, was charged Saturday by the Varnell Police Department with possession of marijuana and reckless driving.
• Marco Antonio Ayala, 22, 1502 Underwood St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with first degree forgery and giving false information or a false name.
• Ericka Jacklann Ellinger, 21, 1214 Covie Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to obey traffic control device.
• Gary Lamar Hance, 30, 4861 Stewart Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, too fast for conditions, failure to drive within single lane and reckless driving.
• Armando Ortiz Maldonado, 25, 1111 Avenue G, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to drive within single lane.
• Michael Kevin Smalley, 20, 4057 Keith Valley Road, Cohutta, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.
