• Aaron Nathaniel Haley, 30, 3950 S. Dixie Highway, Apartment 8, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with a turning violation and DUI.
• Marcus Terry Coker, 21, 467 Gray Road, Rising Fawn, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and a headlight violation.
• Aaron Thomas Crider, 30, 1914 Lower Ridge Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with a window tint violation, DUI, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, driving with a suspended tag and failure to maintain lane.
• Barbara Christine Fritz, 36, 972 Leonard Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Chatsworth Police Department with abandonment of dangerous drugs, poisons or controlled substance; purchase or possession of methamphetamine and damaging property to defraud another.
• Peggy Ann Johnson, 48, 1818 Wendell St., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Varnell Police Department with driving without a license and DUI (second offense).
• Beau Dean Joyce, 26, 517 Concord Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Varnell Police Department with failure to maintain lane and DUI.
• Barbara Ann Marquart, 40, 1515 Byron St., B-16, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Jose Javier Mejia-Olvera, 37, 338 Cedar Ridge Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with driving without a license, failure to stop for a stop sign and DUI.
• Mario Emillano Moralez-Perez, 21, 3271 South Dixie Highway, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to provide assistance, driving without a license, open container of alcohol and failure to maintain lane.
• Alfred Joseph Puryear III, 23, 229 Felty Private Drive, Bristol, Tenn., was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with a turning violation and DUI.
• Brett Leon Ratcliff, 48, 972 Leonard Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Chatsworth Police Department with abandonment of dangerous drugs, poisons or controlled substance; purchase or possession of methamphetamine; giving false information and a probation violation.
