From Staff Reports
Some light snow showers are possible today and tonight as a strong cold front moves through North Georgia this afternoon, according to a statement from the National Weather Service.
Little precipitation is expected, but there is a slight chance of snow flurries or a light rain shower. Any precipitation should end by midnight. Because temperatures are expected to remain above freezing, no accumulation is expected.
The low tonight is expected to be in the low 20s. Wednesday is expected to be mostly sunny with a high of about 40.
A small chance of snow flurries returns Wednesday night and Thursday, when highs are expected to reach the lower 30s.
