• John Spencer Manis, 25, 2109 Chief Vann Circle West, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with failing to register as a sex offender, obstruction of an officer and loitering.
• Rhonda Dilynn Sosebee, 44, 145 Valley Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with theft by deception (two counts) and theft by taking.
• Joey Lee Kidwell, 40, 321 Mill Trace, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and parole violation.
• Travis Dwayne Stafford, 26, 126 W. Cowpen Road, Cisco, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.
