• Rhonda Lynn Witt, 38, 1009 Cargal Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, driving with a withdrawn license and failure to stop for a stop sign.
• Kelven Payne Barnes, 32, 816 Shugart Road, Apartment B-4, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by taking (motor vehicle) and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
• Jonathan Peter Cooper, 19, 1745-B Houston Valley Road, Ringgold, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with speeding, speedometer violation and DUI.
• Charles Justin Davenport, 21, 960 Morgan Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by taking (motor vehicle).
