A female was found bound and gagged inside North Georgia Cellular at 1231 Cleveland Highway shortly before 9 a.m. in what Dalton Police Department officials are calling an armed robbery.
The female, who has not been identified, was not injured and is being questioned by police. There have not been any arrests and police have no suspects. Police have not said what was taken.
The female was found by another woman in the front of the store. The back door was propped open when police arrived.

Dalton State names 693 students to spring dean’s list
Dalton State College has named 693 students to the dean’s list for the spring 2012 semester, including 345 students from Whitfield and Murray counties. To be named to the dean’s list, a student must maintain a full-time course load of 12 or more semester hours and achieve an overall grade point average of 3.5 out of a possible 4.0.
