Dalton police seek credit card thieves
Submitted by the Dalton Police Department
The Dalton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects who used a stolen credit card to purchase more than $400 worth of merchandise on Oct. 30.
Two employees of the Shoe Department at Walnut Square Mall in Dalton had their credit cards stolen from the stock area of the store. Someone apparently entered the stock room without being noticed and stole the cards. At approximately 7 that evening, one of the cards was used to purchase more than $400 in gift cards from the CVS store in the mall. The CVS surveillance system captured the two individuals at the counter at the time of the purchase.
If you have any information on the identity of the two individuals, or any other information on this crime, please contact Detective John Helton with the Dalton Police Department at (706) 278-9085, extension 143.
