• Mauricio Rubio, 47, 1507 Thistle Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with a violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.
• Adam Dewayne Watkins, 33, 371 Reed Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, open container of alcohol in vehicle and driving too fast for conditions.
• Patsy Ann Babich, 60, 299 N. Boling Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with DUI.
• Logan Douglas Gordon, 27, 1500 Rio Vista Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of methamphetamine.
• Kayla Marlane Kemp, 19, 715 Hill Road, Lot B, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of methamphetamine, driving without a license and failure to drive within a single lane.
• Charles William Young Jr., 65, 1813 Nelson Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of methamphetamine.
