• Kevin Ray Elrod, 31, 408-A Carbondale Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of hydrocodone, obtaining a controlled substance by fraudulent means and drugs not in original container.
• Scott Edward Head, 44, 817 Torino Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive within a single lane and a seat belt violation,
• Jason Linares, 17, 2800 Maddox Chapel Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with criminal damage to property (second degree), burglary and violation of the Street Gangs Act.
• Jamie Lynn Parker, 30, 558 Shields Road, Crandall, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with failure to drive within a single lane, DUI and driving with a suspended tag.
• George Edward Ray, 58, 802 Peek Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with forgery (second degree).
• Nicole Montaze Terry, 28, 2789 Dug Gap Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of cocaine.
• Lorenzo Juarez Tomas, 23, 447 N. Thornton Ave., Apartment 3, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and striking an unattended vehicle.
• Aaron Hernandez Flores, 32, 1412 Stevenson Drive, B, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with forgery (second degree), driving without a license, improper turn and failure to stop for a stop sign.
• Gwendolyn Delaina Kelly, 41, 914 New Hope Church Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of cocaine and probation violation.
• Manuel Ortiz-Mendoza, 27, 307 Gray St., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with forgery (first degree), giving false information or name and criminal trespass.
