Dalton Mayor David Pennington and Jimmy Espy, editor of The Daily Citizen, will appear on Tennessee Insiders at 8:30 tonight. The public affairs show will be repeated on Sunday at 10 a.m. Also appearing on the panel will be Chattanooga attorney Stuart James and Channel 12 news reporter Joe Legge.
