Murray County investigators have still not positively identified the body of a man found near Talking Rock Bridge on Friday but are in Bartow County today following leads.
“We don’t feel like it is anyone from our own area,” said Chief Deputy Ray Sitton of the sheriff’s office.
The body was found by a fisherman Friday morning. Deputies have not disclosed how the man died. An autopsy is being performed.
