An informational meeting for Camp Kahdalea for Girls and Camp Chosatonga for Boys in Brevard, N.C. will be held at O’Charley’s in Dalton on March 29 at 4 p.m.
The camp is open to children ages 8 to 17 and has different length sessions throughout the summer.
“We are a traditional North Carolina summer camp, based on Christian ideals, that has a boys camp and girls camp and a focus on community building and creating lasting friendships,” said Graham Neiman, with the camp.
Activities include backpacking, climbing, fly fishing, whitewater kayaking, canoeing and more. Other activities include capture the flag games, ultimate Frisbee, tennis, basketball, soccer and the girls camp includes gymnastics, ballet and dance.
