Area Arrests for Oct. 23
• Dana Marie Fitchco, 24, 165 Overlake Court, Alpharetta, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of Xanax and drugs to be kept in original container.
• Erika Page Officer, 35, 1900 Meadowbrook Circle NW, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of hydrocodone and open container in vehicle.
• Anastacio Quintero Pacheco, 32, 3450 Jones Mill Road, Norcross, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with distribution of counterfeit music.
• Christopher Alan Patterson, 30, 77 Patterson Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
• Heriberto Gallegos Rodriquez, 28, 2431 Pine Drive, Kennesaw, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with failure to maintain lane, driving without a license, DUI, and open container in vehicle.
• Brandon Steve Speights, 27, 2327 Kittle Road NW, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and open container in vehicle.
• Karen Denise Sutton, 43, 1112 St. Charles St., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with first degree theft by shoplifting.
• Leigh Ann Taylor, 17, 2510 Underwood Road, Apt. B, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with first-degree theft by shoplifting.
• Fermina Alavez Velasco, 38, 122 Dogwood Village, Ellijay, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with distribution of counterfeit music.
• Robbie Gene Watkins, 30, 371 Red Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane, and open container in vehicle.
• Timothy Jerome White, 45, 106 Marine Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sexual battery, a probation violation.
• Juan Miguel Ambriz-Rangel, 32, 2512 Underwood St., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with forgery in the first degree and identity theft.
• Kristin Gaile Johnson, 17, 205 Main St., Varnell, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with first-degree theft by shoplifting.
• Bryan Lee Cooper, 45, 2409 Gaylord Way, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Juan Manuel Salazar, 19, 200 Leslie Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with rape.
