• Charles Edward James, 50, 690 Fashion Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and improper passing.
• Victor Maldonado, 18, 804 Piedmont Lane, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of alcohol to minor, open container in vehicle and possession of a drug-related object.
• Randall Eugene Williams, 41, 989-A Beaverdale Road, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of methamphetamine, possession of alprazolam, possession of hydrocodone and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
• Jose Ramirez Morales, 20, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with battery, sexual battery, sale of alcohol to minor, underage consumption and criminal trespass.
• Patricia Darlene Weir, 52, 108 Frontier Trail, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with drug possession and loitering.
