Watches, rings with settings and nail polish are not permitted. Store cloths in sanitizer when not in hand. Do not put bucket on floor. Do not thaw raw meat in vegetable prep sink. Post inspection for public view. Invert single-service items. Do not put open cans in cooler. Paint bare wood. Chlorine test strips are required. Clean all equipment inside and out. Clean floors/walls and ceilings.
