• Timothy Leon Brewer, 42, 213 Regency Lane, Calhoun, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with giving false information or name, possession of hydrocodone, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methadone, possession of Oxycodone, possession of Phentermine, drugs to be kept in original container, contraband across guardlines and parole violation.
• David Grant Grusnick, 21, 4102 Dog Legg Drive, Cohutta, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.
• Adam Shane Phillips, 25, 3630 Hurricane Road, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of methamphetamine, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, driving while license is suspended or revoked, removing/affixing license plate with intent to conceal, operating motor vehicle while registration is suspended or revoked and tag light required.
• Elder Yovina Samayoa-Perez, 22, 391 Lee Rich Road, Cleveland, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
• Brent Tyrone Wells, 30, 407 Whitener Drive No. 10, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and sale or intent to sale marijuana.
• Heriberto Junior Acevedo, 21, 1500 Riverbend Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with probation violation (felony), failure to appear and bondsman off bond.
• Derek Anthony Spearman, 31, 488 Sugar Valley Highway, Calhoun, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with probation violation (felony).
