• Torey Wayne Brafford, 28, 4770 Homestead Ridge, Cohutta, was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI and a headlight violation.
• Jose Ricardo Garcia, 29, 000 Beach Club, No. 1, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with simple assault, criminal trespass, false imprisonment and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.
• Samuel Antonio Torres-Gonzalez, 17, 1885 Riverbend Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, underage consumption and following too closely.
• Nancy Elizabeth Bailey, 58, 1971 Tunnel Hill Varnell Road, A, Tunnel Hill, was charged Sunday by the Varnell Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Nathan Allen Bramblett, 23, 1234 Beaverdale Cutoff Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
• Fortino Caudillo-Guerro, 51, 113 Chisholm Trail, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Varnell Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Jose Carlos Gonzales-Ruiz, 23, 610 Sanders Ave., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with simple battery, terroristic threats and acts and forgery in the second degree.
• Brianna Rachelle Hall, 24, 259 Wilbanks Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Jameice Doyell Jackson, 23, 60 Dunwoody Road, LaFayette, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Japhet Abned Ortiz, 21, 627 Oak St., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with simple assault, terroristic threats and acts, obstruction of law enforcement officers and failure to appear.
• Amanda Danielle Phillips, 36, 536 Heritage Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and DUI endangering a child.
