Area arrests

DALTON — • Jimmy Englebert Bramblett, 33, 73 Hawks Way, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with interference with government property, driving while license suspended or revoked, reckless driving, DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude police officer and tail lights required.

• James Claude Cook Jr., 44, 1494 Dogwood Valley Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI (drugs).

• Lucino Dela Cruz, 18, 181 Julie Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with burglary.

• James Randell Fowler, 31, 254 Mount Carmel Church Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Chatsworth Police Department with improper tag display and DUI.

• Elias Hernandez-Herrera, 28, 211 Lamoain Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Varnell Police Department with aggravated assault (gun), contempt of court, failure to appear and driving without a valid license.

• William Daniel Jewell, 23, Hamilton Inn, Acworth, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with improper backing and DUI.

• Robbie Ritchie Lee, 32, 35 Springfield Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with theft by taking.

• Alexis Martinez, 18, 162 Shawn Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with burglary (two counts).

• Ricky Lee Quarles, 54, 150 Mantooth Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with interference with a 911 call and simple battery.

• Travis Henry Rogers, 47, 1705 S. Dixie Highway, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with rape (strongarm) and sexual battery.

• William Matthew Ownbey, 26, 3338 Nicklesville Road NE, Resaca, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Cheryl Seidal, 28, 607 Park Canyon Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with unlawful for inmate to possess controlled substance and possession of tools for the commission of a crime (burglary).

• Jeremy Wayne Brackett, 31, 4608 Briones Drive, Cohutta, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with battery.

• Thomas Estal Hall, 50, 3521 Airport Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and no license on person.

• Danny Allen Hammontree, 57, 393 Norton Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with laying drag, DUI, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana possession of drug-related object.

• Adam Charles Robinson, 21, 1409 Coker Drive - A, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with giving false information to law officer and felony probation violation.

• Brandon Lee Silvers, 24, 975 Cavender Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with battery (family violence), terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass, cruelty to children, obstructing an emergency call and arrest order.

• Sandra Darlene Turner, 26, 2067 Mill Creek Church St., Rocky Face, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of amphetamine.
