The Dalton Little Theatre will hold its annual meeting and Billy Awards ceremony Friday at the theater. The event will begin with a reception upstairs at 6 p.m. and continue in the theater downstairs at 7 with entertainment and the presentation of the awards. The event is open to the public and all are welcome.
