• Darrell Leroy Fowler, 31, 429 Crow Springs Road, White, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with being a fugitive from justice (McMinn County, Tenn.).
• Deborah Lynn Frazier, 29, 724 Skyline Place, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, failure to maintain lane and improper turn.
• John Matthew Hughes, 18, 818 Shugart Road, B-5, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with third degree arson.
• Franklin Jay McGill, 34, 240 Old Sawmill Spur, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with obstruction of an officer, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, open container violation and pedestrian under the influence.
• Jacob Allen Naber, 21, 3180 S. Lee Highway, Lot 6, McDonald, Tenn., was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with obstruction of an officer, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, criminal trespass, theft by receiving stolen property and theft by bringing stolen property into state.
• Zachary John Piasecki, 18, 350 George Bates Road, Benton, Tenn., was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of tools for the commission of a crime, criminal trespass, theft by receiving stolen property out of state and theft by bringing stolen property into state.
• Willard Quinn, 69, 1066 Cohutta Beaverdale Road, Cohutta, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault with a gun (two counts).
• Brian Lyvelle Roberts, 29, 130 Barnard Road, Cohutta, was charged Thursday by the Varnell Police Department with DUI.
• Randall Paul Treat, 22, 95 Limekiln Drive, Ringgold, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with financial transaction card theft (two counts).
• Jessica Victoria Underwood, 21, 615 Frazier Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with felony failure to appear.
• Brandon Omar Weaver, 23, 807 Underwood St., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with felony failure to appear.
• Michael Anthony Welch, 33, 220 Wilson Loop, Cohutta, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, following too closely and open container violation.
• Pamela Fay West, 36, 296 Cliffmine Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of Klonopin and DUI by drugs (refusal).
• Anthony Folks, 34, 4177 Brown Bridge Road, Lot F, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespass.
• Rhonda Kay Lattimore, 42, 225 Pike St. No. 414, Athens, Tenn., was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driving while license suspended and running a red light.
• Frank Robert Ogle, 29, 1913 David Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with failure to maintain lane and DUI.
