DALTON —
A Chatsworth man has been charged with a sex offense against a minor in Whitfield County.
Tristan Delaney Smith, 21, of 45 Cali Jones Road, was charged by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated sodomy of a person less than 10 years of age against their will, according to an online arrest report.
Smith was denied bond at a Magistrate Court first appearance at the jail Friday afternoon. He will appear in Superior Court next week, but a jail spokesman said a day has not been designated.
