Murray County’s Relay for Life organizers are holding a rally on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Murray County Senior Center to bring new people to see just what Relay is all about.
Rallies are designed to be an event the community can attend to learn about Relay without feeling pressured. A Rally should be full of inspiration, motivation and emotion that doesn’t sell Relay but inspires attendees to get involved.
It’s easy to ask someone to attend a Relay For Life Rally. How hard is it to ask someone to come out for some food, fun and information for one hour?
There will be a prize for everyone who brings a person who registers a team the night of Rally. One team or even one person can make a big difference in the fight against cancer. We will have computers set up at the Murray County Senior Center to register people that night.
The senior center is at 820 G.I. Maddox Parkway in Chatsworth. Everyone is welcome.
