Page Whitfield County's July employee of the month

Submitted by Whitfield County government

— Quite simply, Sgt. Kerry Page is the most knowledgeable deputy sheriff within the Court Services Division of the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office, says Lt. Steven Fields of the July Employee of the Month for Whitfield County government.

“He has served more than 20 years in the division, doing every aspect of the job,” Fields said. “Sgt. Page is a good supervisor who leads by example and doesn’t ask anything of his personnel that he isn’t willing to do himself. He has to be one of the friendliest people I know and is always optimistic about everything.

“Sgt. Page is always willing to attend professional training and is obtaining his advanced law enforcement certification. If you ever want to strike up a conversation with him, bring up riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles and you will have his complete attention. Sgt. Page is a well-rounded individual that I am proud to have in my command.”
