“Good Morning Dalton: Focus on Education” will be Thursday, Sept. 23, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at the trade center. Scheduled speakers are John Schwenn, president, Dalton State College; Danny Hayes, superintendent, Whitfield County Schools; and Jim Hawkins, superintendent, Dalton Public Schools.
Buffet lines open at 7:15 a.m. The last day to purchase tickets is Sept. 20. Tickets are $25 for chamber members and $35 for non-members. Tickets can be ordered by calling the chamber at (706) 278-7373.
