• James Doyle Moss, 29, 2354 Millers Ferry Road, Calhoun, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of methamphetamine and first degree theft by shoplifting.
• Tabitha Leann Moss, 27, 938 Sugar Valley Road, Calhoun, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth and first degree theft by shoplifting.
• Jeffrey Lee James, 30, 12 Landsdown Drive, Newnan, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of darvocet.
• Jason Scott Troup, 38, 3197-D River Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with trafficking in marijuana by growing, possession of marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
• Joshua Michael Caudill, 25, 505 Bethel Church Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and loud music.
• George Jerry Henry Jr., 48, 696 Bowman Road, Ringgold, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft by taking (motor vehicle) and first degree forgery.
• Laura Marie Phelan, 30, 2915 Old Britton Circle, Chattanooga, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with second degree criminal damage to property, battery (family violence), open container in vehicle, public drunkenness, fugitive from justice (Hamilton County, Tenn.) and probation violation (DUI).
• Jose Refugio Sanchez, 43, 496 Cedar Ridge Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
