• Bridget Elizabeth Rogers, 25, 177 King Circle, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, driving while license withdrawn and seat belt violation.
• Rufino Torres Baltazar, 43, no address listed, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and bench warrant.
• Tommy DeWayne Hicks, 30, 149 Wolfe St., Cohutta, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.
• Sherry Anita Powers, 36, 3437 Mount Pleasant Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI (drugs), failure to drive within single lane (two counts), failure to obey traffic control device, driving while tag is suspended and driving with no license on person.
• Jonathan Bethel Woodward, 29, 457 Sally Cod Road, Fairmount, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with DUI and reckless driving.
