• Boyd Randall Green, 53, 2712 Woods Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with improper turn and DUI less safe.
• Randall Lamar Macon, 43, 407 Roberts St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with transactions in an imitation controlled substance.
• Florencio Rodriguez Jr., 104 Cox Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault and simple assault fear (both family violence charges).
• Wilce Leon Stennett, 43, 1200 Magnolia Ave., Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Tuesday by the Cohutta Police Department with public drunkenness, DUI, open container in vehicle and driving while license withdrawn.
