DALTON — A Chatsworth man was out of jail on several child sexual offenses late Tuesday after receiving a $50,000 bond in Whitfield County Superior Court.
Christopher Drake, 33, of 45 Johnson Road, was charged Monday by the sheriff’s office with aggravated sexual battery, sexual battery against a child under 16 (two counts) and child molestation (three counts).
Drake appeared on an indictment warrant Tuesday morning and had bond set by Judge Cindy Morris. He is scheduled to appear at arraignment on April 19, a clerk of court spokeswoman said.
