Area Arrests

• Jessica Flo Sanders, 28, 790 Cherokee Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with failure to appear, battery (family violence), third degree cruelty to children (three counts) and simple battery (family violence).

• Carlos Gerald Baldwin, 24, 2230 Shady Oaks Drive, Loganville, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with first degree forgery.

• Harold Wayne Bargo, 23, 222 Emerald Parkway, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with conversion of payment for real property improvement (two counts) and felony probation violation.

• Connie Earline Cooper, 40, 1654 Holcomb Road, Ringgold, was charged Wednesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with driving without a valid license, probation violation, tag violation and drugs in wrong container.

• Edward Duncan, 51, 712 W. Tyler St., No. 8, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by taking, DUI, reckless driving, hit and run, following too closely, too fast for conditions and limited driving conditions violation.

• Bradley Eugene Marvuglio, 26, 4228 Keith Valley Road, Cohutta, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• Damon Charles Middleton, 31, 275 Pryor St., Atlanta, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with first degree forgery.

• Bridgett Renay Roberts, 31, 2065 Bridge Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with trafficking in methamphetamine.

• Franz Omar Stinson, 39, 308 Windridge Drive, Sandy Springs, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with first degree forgery.

• Ronald Warren Weaver, 68, 4001 Woods Point Road, Rocky Face, was charged Wednesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to maintain lane, seat belt violation, open container violation and driving while license suspended.

• Deonta Lindsey, 31, no address provided, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with being a fugitive from justice, possession of a dangerous drug, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, child seat belt violation, tag violation, improper lane change, failure to maintain lane, speeding, no insurance, DUI, attempting to elude, driving while license suspended, reckless driving and aggressive driving.
