• Judy Jacobs, co-pastor of Dwelling Place Church International in Cleveland, Tenn., will minister at Community Fellowship Church on Sunday at the 10 a.m. worship services. • Riverbend Church of Christ opens a benevolent house each Monday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for area residents in need. Individuals can choose from a variety of clothing, shoes, household items and more at no charge.
The ministry is in the white house beside the church on Riverbend Road in Dalton. To donate items, either leave them on the front porch of the house or drop them off during operating hours. All donations are greatly appreciated. Tax receipts are available.
• The Tunnel Hill United Methodist Church and Tunnel Hill Baptist Church choirs will join together to have a gospel music sing-along featuring the songs of Bill and Gloria Gaither at Tunnel Hill United Methodist Church on Sunday, Jan. 29, at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is invited. Refreshments will be served in the fellowship hall following the singing. The church is at 121 N. Varnell Road.
