The Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office is looking for at least two individuals who stole a utility trailer from a business on Edwards Drive off of Dawnville Road in Whitfield County. The incident was captured on surveillance video.
The theft happened shortly after 5:30 a.m. on June 30 at Shearman Machinery on Edwards Drive. A white pickup truck with a white camper top, possibly a Chevrolet, pulled up next to the trailer and a white male wearing a white tank top T-shirt got out to hook up the trailer to the truck. Then the truck pulled away with the trailer in tow.
Anyone with information on the identity of the man or on this crime is asked to please contact Detective Suzi Thorne with the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office at (706) 278-3029.
