• Eric Maurice Copeland, 37, 1676 Rose Place, Cincinnati, Ohio, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Justin Elliot Kott, 27, 602 Murray Hill Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with failure to maintain lane and DUI.
• Barbara Geraldine Morrison, 60, 159 Handcar Way, Tunnel Hill, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.
• Gary Aaron Patterson, 55, 8024 Highway 411 N., Crandall, was charged Saturday by the Eton Police Department with DUI.
• James Dimas Acosta, 32, 17 Gudger Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and possession of cocaine.
• Quintodd Djames Barney, 24, 1710 Malone Drive-A, Albany, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Lois Lynn Easter, 37, 351 Keener Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Eton Police Department with DUI.
• Khalid Quivari Harris, 19, 348 Cane Creek Drive, Stockbridge, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and speeding.
• Juan Ledezma, 34, 409 Lesley Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI, driving without a valid license, laying drag or reckless conduct with an auto and failure to maintain lane.
• Roberto Jose Matias, 31, 907 New Doris St., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with failure to maintain lane, improper stopping on the roadway, driving without a valid license and DUI.
• Jackie Marie Nolan, 25, 454 Ridgeview Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with open container of alcohol and DUI.
• Krystal Leigh Westmoreland, 26, 1832 Magnolia Ave., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
