DALTON —
• Eddie Lee Davis, 19, 606 Bettis Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts, battery (family violence) and cruelty to children (third degree).
• Theresa Ann Denton, 38, 820 Cascade Road, No. 55, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of methamphetamine and possession of tools for the commission of a crime (drugs).
• Anthony Folks, 34, 4177 Brown Bridge Road Road lot F, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts and criminal trepass (damage of $500 or less).
• Rhonda Kay Lattimore, 42, 225 Pike St. No. 414, Athens, Tenn., was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driving while license is suspended or revoked and failure to obey traffic device (running red light).
• Jamie Ryan Ledford, 27, 129 Brown Drive, Copperhill, Tenn., was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with burglary (five counts), criminal damage to property (five counts) and theft by taking greater than $500.
• Frank Robert Ogle, 29, 1913 David Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Joseph David Reed, 24, 5024 Cohutta Heights Drive, Cohutta, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
• Jesus Osbaldo Sanchez, 17, 1840 Lawson Ave., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with child molestation.
• Tony Curtis Taylor, 49, 619 Fifth Ave., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with armed robbery.
• Brandon Neal Wiseman, 23, 99 Dove Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession to distribute methamphetamine, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of a firearm/knife during the commission of a crime, carrying a concealed weapon (first offense), drugs not in original container, possession of a schedule 2 drug (barbituate), possession of a schedule four drug (barbituate) and possession of tools for the commission of a crime (drugs).
• Juan Carlos Zapata-Ortiz, 29, 1011 Arizona Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with simple assault, cruelty to children and violation of family violence order.
• Nina Marie Beck, 49, 1815 19th St. NW, Cleveland, Tenn. was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Rosalino Hernandez-Solorio, 44, 909 Croy Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with entering an auto with intent to commit felony and public drunkenness.
• Kenny Lee Hooper, 54, 3203 Reed Road, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with peeping Tom.
• Michael Talbot Jackson, 27, 621 Pecan Way, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated stalking.
• Christopher Eugene Putnam, 23, 3783 Old Dixie Highway, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, probation violation (felony), child support arrest order, driving while license suspended or revoked, improper exhaust system and operating without proper tag/decal (new resident 30 days to register).
