• Ruby Roxanne Rodriguez, 22, 687 Davis Drive A, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with open container violation, DUI, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, license required, use of safety belts required and failure to maintain lane/wrong side of the road.
• Anita Kay Smith, 45, 815 Clifton Heights, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts, theft by taking/theft of auto, criminal damage to property, public drunkenness, obstruction, DUI, criminal trespass and driving on a revoked or suspended license.
• Bobby Alan Ogle, 30, 2619 North Pine Lake, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to maintain lane and too fast for conditions.
