• Anita Kay Smith, 45, 815 Clifton Heights, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts, theft by taking/theft of auto, criminal damage to property, public drunkenness, obstruction, DUI, criminal trespass and driving on a revoked or suspended license.
• Bobby Alan Ogle, 30, 2619 North Pine Lake, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to maintain lane and too fast for conditions.
