Downtown Market comes to a close

This Saturday will conclude the 2012 Downtown Dalton Saturday Market.

The Market is an open air farmer’s market featuring locally grown produce, handmade arts and crafts, local art works and a variety of homegrown food products. This has been the fourth and strongest year of the Saturday Market, and the Downtown Dalton Development Authority looks forward to another strong year in 2013.

The Market is set up from May through August to coincide with the local summer produce growing season. The final Saturday Market of the year is this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Dalton Green Park next to the Whitfield County Courthouse.
