Rezoning Case # 03-15-2010-001
To hear the request from Mark Fidler to rezone parcels 12-293-02-000, 12-293-27-000, and 12-293-03-000 from Rural Residential (R-3) to Light Manufacturing (M-1). Total requested acres to be rezoned are approximately +/- 27.19 acres for Light Manufacturing. The property is generally located at the corner of Antioch Road and Ledbetter Drive.

To hear the request from Whitfield County Board of Commissioners to rezone parcels 13-152-23-000, 13-137-01-000, and 13-152-22-000 from General Agriculture (GA) and General Commercial (C-2) to Heavy Manufacturing (M-2). Total acres requested to be rezoned are approximately +/- 167.51778 acres for Heavy Manufacturing. The property is generally located on the north side of Carbondale Road Dalton, GA between South Dixie HWY and I-75’s north bound lane.
