DALTON —
The Pleasant Grove Elementary PTA designed and installed an 18-hole miniature golf course in the school gym and golfers can play it this weekend during a fundraiser.
The Pleasant Grove Indoor Family Putt-Putt Weekend Event will be today from 5 to 8 p.m., Saturday from noon to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. The school is at 2725 Cleveland Road in Dalton. Admission is $3 for children and $5 for adults. Concessions will be available.
PTA co-presidents Phil and Teresa Raisin said all the money will go toward the PTA, which funds various projects throughout the year. Ordinarily, the school sells candy, cookie dough or something similar, but organizers decided to do something different this time.
