• Stoney Joe Allen, 46, 1721 Chattanooga Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of Lisinopril, possession of amlodipine, possession of furosemide, possession of ranitidine hyrdrochloride, drugs not in original container, possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of crime, traffic in illegal drugs and second-degree forgery.
• Brad Deshawn Bailey, 29, 2780 Broom Town Road, Atlanta, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with giving false information or false name and first-degree forgery.
• Cornelia Juanita Henderson, 24, 1026 Eisenhower, Atlanta, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with driving while license withdrawn, giving false information or false name and first-degree forgery.
• Chrissi Lynn Massingill, 20, 996 Sumach Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with first-degree forgery.
• Gustvo Magana Aguilar, 26, 1308 Lidia St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with failure to drive within a single lane, a seat belt violation, driving without a license, DUI and probation violation.
• Wesley Shane Cochran, 32, 808 W. Crawford St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, reckless driving and failure to drive within a single lane.
• John Robert Rogers, 50, 1806 Shadow Lane Apt. 2, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.
• Susan Diane Paige, 47, 2053 Highway 225 N., Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and no proof of insurance.
• Todd Eugene Stone, 29, 798-A Callie Jones Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of arms by a convicted felon and first offender probation and burglary.
• Robert Bennett, 50, 420 Courtland St., Atlanta, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with first-degree forgery, second-degree forgery and giving false information or false name.
• Michael Frank Teresinki, 32, 1413 Kammi Court, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI.
• Raven Lee Wilkins, 20, 819 Cascade Drive Apt. 22, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, underage consumption and failure to dim headlights.
• Mark Anthony Crowe Jr., 23, 1167 Sitton Road South, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Eton Police Department with DUI.
• William Clyde Silvers Jr., 32, 9023C Highway 225, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of methamphetamine, possession of alprazolam, drugs not in original container and possession of tools for the commission of crime.
